While I lend in many areas most of my clients are located near Pittsburgh, Peters Township, Upper St. Clair, Bethel Park and Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

One very important servicing detail I do that is a little different from other Lenders, is that I educate my Borrowers before,during and after the loan process. From the first time we talk over the telephone, and through the rest of their lives as home owners, I feel they should know and understand exactly what they are doing. I want them to be "my Customers for Life".

I was in Retail Banking for 11 years before I entered into the Mortgage Industry. And since then, in the past 19 years, I have worked in the 3 areas of mortgage lending; as a Banker, a Broker and currently a Mortgage Banker. This has given me a well rounded understanding of the industry.

Meeting the goals of my clients seems effortless at Union National Mortgage because of the high use of technology, combined with my profound knowledge of the various products and guidelines and a well trained, professional inside staff. To meet goals, you need all three of these.
